What I Want from You
The more time you put into training, the quicker you’ll get your desired results. When you choose my online training services, all I ask from you is:
- Commitment
- A Minimum 3 x 45 – 60-Minute Sessions per Week of Training on Your Set Programs
- A Minimum of 4 x 30-Minute Cardio Sessions, e.g., Walking, Jogging, and Cycling
- Before and After Photos
- Honesty, with Me and Yourself!
